  • HOW EARLY SHOULD WE BOOK WITH YOU?
    Due to the number of inquiries we receive, our calendar tends to fill up quickly so we recommend that you reserve your day as soon as possible! We only accept one booking per day to ensure that your event gets the attention it deserves. We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve the BarCar on your date. This deposit will go towards your overall invoice amount.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RESERVATION POLICY?
    Once we confirm availability, we collect a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your date. This deposit will go towards the total balance on the package you choose. The remaining balance of your package is due 30 days after your deposit was made. If you book within 30 days of your event, your invoice must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to your event.
  • DO YOU OFFER BARTENDING SERVICES?
    We do not offer bartenders; however we can offer a TapTender who will manage the equipment and switch the kegs! BarCar is rented “dry,” meaning we do not provide or serve the alcohol or beverages for your party. If you require a server, you will need to work with your licensed and insured caterer or bartending service to provide beverage service from our structure. BarCar Columbus does not have a liquor or food license, we are simply a party rental company specializing in renting mobile bars and adorable add-on items. If your event space requires a bartender or if you would prefer a bartender to serve, please give us a call to discuss.
  • IS THE BARCAR SUITABLE FOR INDOOR EVENTS?
     Yes! BarCar is ready to serve anywhere we can safely fit. Dimensions are approximately 7’L x 3.5’W x 6’H. The BarCar does require a tow vehicle that can pull through and drop her off but can easily be moved to her permanent spot.
  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?
    Once we confirm your reservation, we block off that day from other clients and start planning for your special event. If you need to move or cancel your event it's possible we could miss an opportunity to service another client. We understand life happens so if something comes up and you need to change the date of your event, we will allow you to rebook, pending availability, for a $50 administration fee. If you cancel 60 days or more in advance, you will receive a full refund minus the $100 deposit. If you cancel 30 days out, you will receive a 50% refund minus the $100 deposit fee. Cancellations made within 15 days of your event will not be refunded.
  • HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
     Our packages include travel within a 20-mile radius of Columbus, OH. If your even is outside our service radius, we are happy to travel farther with an additional fuel and travel surcharge.
  • DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
    You betcha! We carry full General Liability as well as Commercial Auto Coverage. We DO NOT have liquor liability insurance as we are simply a party rental company and do not provide, sell or serve food, alcohol or beverages.
