How it Works
BarCar is a dry bar service, meaning we provide the dispensing unit and you provide the drinks. We don’t carry a liquor license so we cannot directly purchase alcohol for you. We know how stressful event planning can be so we are here to help you source and organize your drinks. We can even pick them up and return them to the supplier after the event so you have one less thing to worry about! We have connections with local breweries and beer companies who can put together great packages for BarCar customers.
The BarCar does not require electricity so you won’t have annoying extension cords running all over the place. It also means you’ll be able to park the BarCar wherever you want the action to be!
Your event is unique, so your package and quote is as well. All pricing is done by phone, email or text after we get a better idea of your needs.

With four taps, the BarCar offers the ability to serve any combination of wine, beer, champagne, seltzers, mixed drinks (including signature cocktails), soda and more! Simply let us know what beverages you’d like featured on tap and we’ll connect them for you.

We also love supporting local businesses! BarCar allows you the option to serve your favorite local craft brew without worrying about pumping a keg or waiting in long lines!

Note: Each tap accommodates a sixth-barrel keg (5.16 gallons), which is the equivalent of 55 12-ounce pours or 41 16-ounce pours.

We have many different ways you can make the BarCar as unique as your event.
Here comes the BarCar!
The BarCar will arrive at your venue 2-3 hours before your event begins. The kegs need time to settle before the first drink can be poured.
Note: We charge an additional fuel surcharge for events outside a 20-mile radius of downtown Columbus.
